The Chappellet family has been crafting world class wines from their Pritchard Hill estate vineyards since 1967. Pronounced 'hi' 'bull', this family owned vineyard started conceptually in 1999 and physically in 2000 but their history in Pope Valley dates back to 1934. Their integrated organic farming system is built not only around wine making, but also includes world class estate-produced olive oil, a substantial herd of grass-fed Highland cattle, an organic vegetable garden, and an egg-producing poultry flock. The PlumpJack Winery's Estate Vineyard, founded in 1881, is nestled in the nape of the Vaca Mountain range on the eastern side of the Napa Valley. The main winery building, which is still in use, was completed in 1883. Vineyards have covered the Oakville site since the late 1800s. Come and appreciate their sought after Chardonnay, Cabernet and Syrah.

In February 2010, Raymond Vineyards began implementing organic and Biodynamic® farming methods in pursuit of achieving certification for its 90 acre estate vineyards in Rutherford and St Helena. Founded in 1862 Schramsberg's current stable of vineyards includes more than 90 specially selected sites in the Carneros district of Napa Valley, the Anderson Valley, and along the Sonoma and Marin coasts.
