ZACH BERKOWITZ
Zach Berkowitz is a native San Franciscan, sailing world champion, former on-air TV meteorologist, real estate developer, husband of one and dad of two young boys. Zach has extensive experience developing strategic partnerships and revenue opportunities in boating, real estate and media. His wide range of pertinent expertise and life long contacts are textbook ingredients to form the perfect CupNetwork storm.
DAVID BELLINGS
David is a CPA, an active member of the California Bar and has been for the past 26 years one of the leading real estate brokers in San Francisco. David is currently with Coldwell Banker and is ranked in the Top 1% internationally within the company and is ranked among the top 10 realtors in all of Northern California. David specializes in luxury residential real estate sales throughout the City with a unique focus on the north side of town in the finest locations. David's knowledge and expertise is unparalleled in San Francisco. Furthermore, David has many long standing relationships in the real estate community that are invaluable to the CupNetwork team.
LISA SIMON
Lisa is an entrepreneur specializing in sales and marketing on a national level. She has been featured in Crain's Business and has successfully marketed product features in New York Magazine, New York Times, Food & Wine, and Money Magazines. She has worked with multi-million dollar PR campaigns to successfully launch products, experiences and venues. Having experience working with national hotels, restaurants, and celebrity chefs we plan to cook up the perfect recipe as part of the CupNetwork team.
ASHLEY TOBIN
Ashley was involved with BMW ORACLE Racing in all three campaigns starting in 2001 and was with them for their win in 2010. Her America's Cup experiences stem back to the days when her father, Toby Tobin, was involved (three-time sailor/navigator). She also had her own sailing tryout for the 1995 All-Women's America's Cup Team. With BMW ORACLE Racing, Ashley was the Deputy General Counsel and Rules Advisor. She was primarily responsible for the legal aspects of the BMW sponsor relationship for all three campaigns and was also a member of the Protocol Group. Ashley recently represented the America's Cup Organizing Committee in its negotiation of the Host City Agreement with The City of San Francisco and the America's Cup Event Authority. She also founded Start Line Strategies, which counsels and negotiates various deals including sponsor agreements, service contracts, crew policies, and trademark and branding issues.
TOBY ROWLAND-JONES
Toby is current president and founder of the Big Sur Food and Wine Festival. He is also owner of SurVision Creative Services, a marketing and special events management company. Originally from the UK, Toby has lived in California for 33 years. He has deep connections in the food and wine trade, and with his company, Sommelier Services, has coordinated wine service at such major events as the Central Coast Wine Classic, Masters of Food and Wine, Santa Fe Wine and Chile Fiesta and the Pebble Beach Food and Wine Festival. Toby is also co-founder and current president of the Big Sur Chanterelle Festival. The Festival acts as a fundraiser for the Big Sur community and is the only event in the US to celebrate specifically the Chanterelle. Now in its fifth year, it has raised substantial funds for local non profits and also promotes local wineries and restaurants.
